I felt compelled to honor his memorie with art. I wasn't his biggest fan but I was stunned when I heard about his death. I was stunned because for the past thirteen years I grew up watching his most entertaining films, and I couldn't believe nor put into perspective how blindsided I felt when I came across the news the night of his death. Because of his films, I developed a love for cars and underground street racing culture in my adolescent years; so I can consider him a unique hollywood icon in that sense. Ironically, it hits you how much of an impact someone has on you once they are gone. Essentially, you develop a love and appreciation for someone over a period of time without even realizing it, because in some way, shape, or form that individual has touched you.
